Haku Baldwin Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Located just outside of historic Makawao town on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii, our facility just a 15-minute drive from Kahului airport.

Haku Baldwin Center sits on 33.23 acres and our facility includes two full-sized outdoor arenas and one indoor arena.  Our schedule is complete with rated horse shows, special events (like our annual Fall Harvest Festival fundraiser) and a range of therapeutic programs.  Private and group riding lessons are available, along with boarding and training.

Our therapeutic programs are dedicated to helping children and adults with special needs, military veterans, seniors, and patients of all ages.  We believe animals hold the key to promoting healing and well-being, and have provided these programs at no cost to the community for over 20 years.

  • Therapeutic Horseback Riding for children with special needs
  • Animals-Assisted Therapy and Activities for patients of all ages
  • Horsemanship for Military Veterans
  • Humane Animal Education for special interest groups

Learn more about our programs here or make a donation today.  We appreciate your interest and continued support.

From all the fuzzy, furry, feathered and two-legged folks at Haku Baldwin Center, we send you a big mahalo (thank you) for visiting.
